Common Questions
If you’re considering Clear Path for your business, these are the questions we hear most — answered honestly, including the tradeoffs.
How do we know this will actually work for our business?
We don’t ask you to take it on faith. Clear Path builds in a feedback loop that shows you,
in real time, whether more customers are progressing, where they’re getting stuck, and which
experiences are actually helping. You get evidence you can check, not just a promise.
Will this slow down our sales process?
No — it’s built to do the opposite. It identifies what’s genuinely holding a customer back,
so your team isn’t walking everyone through the same steps regardless of where they actually
are. If someone has already resolved a concern, they don’t repeat a step meant to resolve it.
That often shortens the process.
Will our team need a lot of retraining?
Barely any. Your team keeps doing their job — following up with leads, supporting customers,
staying in touch. Clear Path just gives them a clearer answer to one question each morning:
who needs attention today, and why. That’s a smaller shift than learning a new system.
Do we have to replace our CRM?
No. Your CRM stays the system of record for contacts, communication, and transactions.
Clear Path adds a layer on top of it — showing where each person is in their decision, so
your team knows what to do next inside the tools they already use.
Will this make our sales conversations feel scripted?
The goal is the opposite. Clear Path doesn’t hand your team a script to read — it gives them
context on what seems to matter most to that person right now. Your team still brings their
own judgment, personality, and relationship to the conversation.
Isn’t this just another sales methodology?
Most sales methodologies ask, “Where is this prospect in our process?” Clear Path asks,
“Where is this person in the progress they’re actually trying to make?” Those aren’t always
the same question, and the difference changes what you should do next.
Will every customer go through the same steps?
No. Different customers can be working through very different decisions, even when they’re
considering the exact same product. Clear Path recognizes the pattern each person fits — and
when someone doesn’t match a known pattern, a general path is there so no one gets forced
into the wrong box.
How much new content will we have to create and maintain?
Less than you’d expect. Every piece of content has to earn its place by resolving a real
customer question — if it doesn’t, it doesn’t belong. AI can help draft and refresh content,
but the goal is always fewer, more useful touchpoints, not more of them.
Does this only help us get new customers, or does it help us keep them too?
Both — and it also helps win former customers back. Clear Path follows the whole relationship:
Buy, Stay, and Return. It’s built for the questions that come after the sale, not just the
ones before it.
How quickly will we see results?
That depends on your business, but early signals — where customers are stalling, which
concerns come up most — typically show up well before a full conversion or retention lift
appears in your numbers. Those early signals are often the most useful part.
